jiu-jitsu plus mma/boxing 3-4 days a week is more fun than anything ive ever done before.
i plan on competing at NAGA in charlotte on july 11th.
the push to go from my current chubby 197 down to 175-180 lbs to make weight for the middleweight division begins tomorrow. i will miss eating you everyday, peanut butter.
im getting my knees checked out tomorrow by an orthopedist since they've been giving me problems. and by problems, i mean it feels like i have rust in them. hopefully its nothing that can't be fixed by supplements or some cortisone shots or something.
and finally, i hope one day i can be half as cool as mayhem miller.

i recently started training jiu-jitsu and muay thai 4 times a week after wanting to for years, but not having the financial means to do so. nothing has made me happier than doing this in a long, long time. every muscle in my body aches and i can't wait for my next training session so i can get my ass handed to me.

i dunno if i want to CELEBRATE the death of jerry falwell, but i am going to to reiterate that i think jerry falwell (publicly) was a very disgraceful person and while i'm not glad that he is dead, i am glad that there is one less enemy to individual freedom in this country.
also, in case the media tries to make this guy out to be some wonderful and great, learned man, lets not forget that he is the guy that founded liberty university, a school which claims to have dinosaur bones that are only a few thousand years old and that there is "mounting evidence" for dinosaurs to have co-existed with man in the garden of eden.
